Over the years, we at Elevation have had the privilege of a front row seat watching high quality founders such as yourselves build purpose driven organizations.

Through this journey, we felt there were some kinds of problems that kept recurring across companies, sectors and stages:

• We’ve seen founders struggle to answer questions that had been solved many times over in the past. For instance - “What are the right benchmarks for ESOP allocations? Or “What should I keep in mind while hiring my first CFO?”

• We’ve seen a lot of time being spent on trying to find high quality solution providers – for everything from website design, to leadership hiring to finance/legal solution partners and more.

• We’ve also heard founders ask us and each other for connects to domain experts who could help with specific issues their teams and they themselves were grappling with; “How do I optimise my marketing channel mix for better ROI?” or “How do I think about setting up my cloud infrastructure”, among others.

We’ve tried to partner with you in answering these questions, either one to one, or by creating resources for the entire community. There have been multiple efforts - from a Notion page with Vendor Credits, to a WhatsApp Group meant to facilitate better problem solving by leveraging the collective wisdom of our existing founder groups. However, we felt there is a lot more that can be done to not just streamline these processes and build more permanent stores of knowledge, but unlock significantly more value for our founders from across our networks.

And that inspired us to build Elevation Stairway.

Stairway is aimed at being a one-stop solution for a host of operational and strategic information needs– from vetted vendor resources, to deeply researched benchmarks on compensation, to a carefully curated Experts Network that brings together industry stalwarts to help Elevation founders build better and more.
